FAQ

What is Theta Healing®?

Theta Healing is a technique that focuses on thought and prayer. Theta Healing teaches how to put to use our natural intuition, relying upon unconditional love of the Creator of All That Is to do the “work”. We believe by changing your brain wave cycle to include the “theta” state, you can actually watch the Creator Of All That Is create instantaneous physical, emotional and spiritual healing.

In Theta Healing you talk about the Creator. What is the Creator?

The Creator is the spirit that intertwines and binds all things in existence.

Can I use the ThetaHealing technique on myself?

The theta healing technique is very easy to learn. After completing the Basic DNA 3 day seminar, you will be shown how to access a theta state and how to perform a healing on either yourself or others.

How do I find a practitioner that is right for me?

It’s important to find someone whom you are comfortable with. Take the time to speak with a couple of practitioners before setting up your first session. Ask whatever questions you need to in order to get a feel for who they are and how they work. Choose the one that you feel the most comfortable working with. The more theta healing training the practitioner has, the more experience they have in facilitating deeper belief work on others. The more healing they’ve done on themselves will help make them more prepared for your session and to overcome your current challenges. Most practitioners are happy to answer your questions and many will refer you to another practitioner who can better fill your needs if they aren’t a good fit.

What can I expect during a Theta Healing session?

Each practitioner has his or her own style. In general an appointment begins by the practitioner asking permission to connect to your energy. Then you will be asked what is it you would like to work on, or if you have nothing specific to work on, you might be asked “if you could change anything in your life right now, what would that be”? The theta healing technique has been used to address a wide variety of physical and emotional issues. A typical appointment includes an intuitive scan, belief work and a healing. The practitioner will probably teach you to muscle test to see what beliefs you have that my trigger the area you are seeking to change. Nothing is changed without your permission. And the practitioner should ask your verbal permission for every belief change and for any healing that is done.

What should I do to prepare for my Theta Healing session?

Drink plenty of water. It’s important to be fully hydrated. This will allow your muscle testing to be clear and strong. During most sessions muscle testing will be needed. Coming into the session with an attitude and intention of wanting positive change and being ready for positive change is also important. It’s important to be clear on what issue you want to work on during the session and if you have an idea of how your issue is serving you or what you’re learning as a result of the issue, this will rapidly accelerate the pace of your session.

Is a Theta Healing session done in person or over the phone or skype?

Theta healing sessions can be done in person, over the phone or skype. Distance is not a factor. It depends on what your preference is.

How many sessions will I need with Theta Healing A lot of work can be covered in a short amount of time with the theta healing technique. The amount of sessions need will vary from person to person on what they want to accomplish. Many times clients will experience a shift within one session, however sometimes the belief systems around the issue are more complex and need deeper belief work done over a few sessions to achieve their desired change. To determine how many sessions you will need ahead of time would really depend on the negative subconscious belief systems attached to your issue and how fast they reprogram into positive and empowering ones.

What is a belief?

The acceptance of the mind that something is true or real, often underpinned by an emotional or spiritual sense of certainty. Belief work empowers people with the ability to remove negative programs and replace them with positive ones from the Creator Of All That Is.
